BodenHaus Design was founded in 2002 with the core belief in providing in-house services from an outside source. We don't want to be the largest design studio, we just want to provide the best service to a small number of VIP Texas real estate clients.
Carolyn Boden, owner of BodenHaus Design has served as marketing director for Capital Pacific Homes and Clark Wilson Homes, as well as art director for Doyle Wilson Homebuilder. She has in-depth knowledge of the inner-workings of home building and real estate companies. Over the last 20 years she has been recognized with over 30 Marketing and Advertising Excellence Awards (MAX Awards) from the Greater Austin Home Builders Association for various real estate marketing projects for home builders and land developers.
BodenHaus' team also includes Barry Kee who provides copywriting services, media planning and placement, and strategic consultation. He has over 30 years of marketing experience for a wide range of home builders, developers, and real estate companies. His deep experience in print, broadcast, and web-based media enables him to routinely negotiate lower media rates. He’s a good listener, a good problem solver, and provides valuable insight on how to launch and manage effective multi-media advertising campaigns for Texas real estate companies.
